Chief Executive Officer
As the Chief Executive Officer of Clarus Linen Systems, John Giardino provides leadership to the company’s 1200 associates on staff and business strategy to the over 800 healthcare institutions they serve.
Before joining Clarus in 2013, Giardino worked with healthcare, construction, school, and private entrepreneurs in financial matters including structuring complex financial transactions for Fortune 500 companies. In that capacity, Giardino helped many healthcare institutions grow and thrive. Giardino has also been appointed by New York Governors’ George Patacki and David Paterson to commissions serving the public interest for fiscal stability and environmental protection. He has served on many boards, including the Urban League, NAACP, National Conference for Community and Justice and the Olmsted Conservancy in addition to being in demand as a motivational speaker on leadership and civic duty. A native of New York, he received his B.A. from Kenyon College and a Juris Doctorate from University of Buffalo.
Chief Financial Officer
Raymond L. Barry has been the Chief Financial Officer of Clarus Linen Systems since September of 2015. Before joining the company he began his professional career as a public accountant in 1991. By 1994, Barry moved on to New Era Cap Co, Inc., a global headwear and lifestyle brand, as a General Ledger Analyst. He played an instrumental role in the company’s acquisition efforts and global expansion and ultimately became their Chief Financial Officer. In 2004, he was named the Financial Executive of the Year by the Institute of Management Accountants. He has also been the Treasurer of Buffalo Civic Auto Ramps and an active board member of the World Trade Center Buffalo Niagara. A native of Buffalo, New York, Barry received his B.A. from Canisius College.
Executive Vice President of Business Development
With twenty years of experience working in Healthcare Linen Services, Jeff brings a special focus on Patient Care to Clarus Linen Systems. Mr. Hoffmann has worked with Hospitals, nursing homes, surgical centers, and clinics in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and the Carolinas to promote and deliver the best service for Patients of all ages.
During his career, Mr. Hoffmann has held the positions of Plant Manager, General Manager, Director and Vice President which have provided him with a comprehensive understanding of a truly “Partnered” linen system. Most notably, Mr. Hoffmann’s Clients consistently rank highest in the nation for satisfaction with their linen service program.
Mr. Hoffmann studied Business Management at Samford University where he was also a member of the University football team.
Regional Director of Operations
As Regional Director of Operations, Angel Ashley is responsible for the company’s operations management in New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Angel began her career at Clarus as a Linen Asset Manager 20 years ago. During her time with the company, Angel has proven to be a dynamic asset to any department she joined. Whether it’s boosting the quality of our linens, helping a plant run smoothly or ensuring we have the best possible relationship with clients, she is dedicated to making Clarus the absolute gold standard in the business.
