First of all, you have to include the shipment date & time. Here, you have to be specific to describe when the shipment occurred. So, you cannot only mention the date, month and year but you also have to mention the detailed time.
After that, you need to include the detailed information related to the goods supplier. The details depend on the needed information. For example, it includes the name of the owner, the address of the supplier, the phone number of the supplier, etc.
Then, you also should provide the detailed information of the trucking company. Make sure that you provide the complete information such as the trucking company’s name, location, telephone, registered number, etc.
The next element to be included in the lorry receipt template is the detailed information about the supplied goods. You can provide the specs of the goods such as the mileage, condition, and any other needed details related to the goods.
Next, you cannot forget to include the destination to be shipped to. To provide the detailed information, you can include the address of the destination, the vehicle location, the area code, and other relevant details related to the shipping destination.
